HOW DO I ORDER REPUBLIC FC MERCHANDISE?

Shop our online Team Store anytime.  If you need assistance, please contact us at (916)307-6138 during our Team Store hours.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and all forms of credit card.  Personal checks are not accepted.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY  PURCHASE/SHIPMENT?

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON MERCHANDISE FOR SEASON TICKET MEMBERS?

The Season Ticket Member Discount of 10% is valid for active Season Ticket Member Accounts only.  The discount many only be applied to purchases in our Sacramento Republic FC Team Sore or at our Merchandise booths at Papa Murphy’s Park.  The discount does not apply to sale merchandise, gift cards, on-line purchases or other promotions and discounts. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Full refunds may be given for unused or defective items returned within 30 days of the receipt date.  Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.  Unused or defective items returned without a receipt will be considered for exchange only at the current retail price of the item.  

For on-line orders, the shipping cost will be refunded if the items received were not the items ordered or are defective upon receipt.  Contact orders@sacrepublicfc.com to receive a pre-paid return label to return the defective or incorrect items to the Team Store.  For all other on-line returns or exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable.  For return details and instructions, please contact orders@sacrepublicfc.com or call us at (916)307-6138.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our online store.  For inquiries about international shipping, please email us at orders@sacrepublicfc.com.
