On Saturday, August 15 during Republic FC’s annual Native American Heritage Night, the Indomitable Club will debut its third kit for the 2026 season – Strength In Motion, a tribute to the enduring spirit of the club’s majority owners, Wilton Rancheria. The motif that adorns the kit is inspired by elements of the Tribe’s seal – the Eagle and Salmon – as well as the elements that have represented Republic FC for over a decade.

The Strength In Motion kit is available now in youth and adult sizes at Shop.SacRepublicFC.com and at the team’s Pro Shop. On Saturday night, the club will also launch a new Strength In Motion merchandise collection that features a hat, shirt, and scarf inspired by indigenous themes and designs.
“This kit reflects the values that have guided Wilton Rancheria since time immemorial,” said Wilton Rancheria Chairman Jesus Tarango. “The Eagle symbolizes wisdom, vision, and the strength to rise above adversity, while the Salmon represents resilience, adaptability, and our enduring connection to the land and rivers that sustain us. As we host Native American Heritage Night and build a new neighborhood and stadium on our ancestral lands, we’re proud to see these teachings woven into a kit that honors our heritage while looking toward Sacramento’s future.”
“With the ‘Strength In Motion’ kit, we set out to create a design that our club and our fans could be proud of — one that reflects the Indomitable Spirit of Wilton Rancheria and all those who have called this region home,” said Republic FC Senior Creative Director Sara Molina. “It was important to us to honor the nation by lifting up two symbols that carry deep meaning for its people, and for our community at large.”
The Strength In Motion kit is anchored in a deep black, with a tonal pattern drawn directly from the Eagle and Salmon on Wilton Rancheria’s seal. A feather-and-scale motif is subtly woven across the kit to create a textured appearance. The journey of the Eagle and Salmon – one through rising through the sky while the other returning through the current – are shaped by resiliency and perseverance, united by an unwavering connection to home. The Indomitable Club’s Resilient Red trim links the kit directly to the club with the iconic bear from its crest, prominently featured on the back above each player’s name. The trim along the collar and cuffs features two Resilient Red lines encircling the neck and the arms, emblematic of the journey of the Eagle and the Salmon. UC Davis Health, the club’s founding partner, continues its long-standing role as kit sponsor. The jersey also carries the 988 patch for the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, continuing the club’s ongoing commitment to mental health awareness.
Wilton Rancheria — Sacramento Republic FC’s majority owner and the only federally recognized tribe in Sacramento County — is the first tribe to serve as majority owner of a men’s professional sports team and stadium. As the club continues to build its new home at The Railyards, Strength In Motion is a reminder that the Tribe’s heritage isn’t a chapter of the club’s story — it’s the foundation of it. As stewards of the region, Wilton Rancheria is at the forefront of the future of the region with a new soccer stadium under construction, and an accompanying neighborhood that will help usher in a new era for Sacramento.

Alongside the new kit, the club will release a coordinating merchandise capsule that includes a hat, t-shirt, hoodie, and scarf. The Strength In Motion Kit will be available ahead of Native American Heritage Night on Saturday, August 15, and for the first time in club history, jerseys will be available with authentic and replica options. The full merchandise collection will be available at the stadium on match day, at Shop.SacRepublicFC.com or in person at the club’s Downtown Pro Shop.
The kit makes its on-pitch debut for Native American Heritage Night on Saturday, August 15, when Sacramento Republic FC hosts Lexington SC at Heart Health Park. Tickets are available at SacRepublicFC.com/tickets. Throughout the night, the club will showcase the different cultural traditions and heritage of the Indigenous People who have inhabited the region for generations. Fans will have the opportunity to shop in the pop-up makers marketing showcasing local, indigenous businesses. During halftime, Republic FC and Wilton Rancheria will present the second annual Indigenous Future Leaders scholarship. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a complimentary cooling scarf inspired by the Strength In Motion kit.
