Sacramento, Calif. – Republic FC Forward Maalique Foster will miss 6 weeks due to an injury sustained during a preseason match. A collision while scoring in a recent friendly caused a sprain of the Posterior Cruciate Ligament. An MRI concluded the incident did not cause significant damage requiring additional medical procedures. A full timetable for his return will be established after an evaluation in the coming weeks.
