Accessible seating is available at all Republic FC matches (Sections 101-103, 108-110, 111-113, and 118-120). Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion(s). Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guest(s) will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all those that need accessible seating.

We are committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. Please call us at (916) 307-6100 for questions regarding accessible seating.

Heart Health Park is located on the grounds of Cal Expo, at 1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815.

Children two (2) and under do not require a ticket provided they are seated on an adult’s lap. Anyone aged two (2) and over must have a ticket for admission into the match.

Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Public concession stands will not serve alcoholic beverages after the 75-minute mark of a soccer match, or the equivalent for other events.

The consumption of alcohol in any Cal Expo parking lot is prohibited.

Service animals meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Heart Health Park.

ATMs are no longer available. Heart Health Park is now a cashless facility, and all major debit and credit cards will be accepted for payment regarding tickets, merchandise, food, and beverages.

For Republic FC matches, fans are permitted to bring signs, flags, or banners into Heart Health Park to exhibit their support of Republic FC and/or the greater Sacramento region. All signs, flags, or banners must follow these guidelines: Flags, banners, or signs must not be larger than 3 feet x 5 feet (except for pre-approved banners or tifos for supporter groups). Flag poles are not permitted unless pre-approved. Banners must adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct. The sign, flag, or banner may not block the view of other fans during play. Any signs, flags, or banners that do not follow the above guidelines and Fan Code of Conduct will be confiscated.

Fans are prohibited from bringing any outside food into Heart Health Park.  Fans are allowed to bring in one (1) unopened water bottle per guest or an empty reusable water bottle.  A water filling station will be available to guests on matchdays – located at the front gates after entry.  Please expect that upon entry, all reusable water bottles will be checked for contents.

A number of bicycle racks are available at Heart Health Park in our bike parking area. It is located right outside the West Gate. Fans are encouraged to access Cal Expo through main entrance on Exposition Blvd or via the American River Parkway/Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail that goes to the west side of the parking lot. Republic FC does not assume any responsibility for bicycles or items left at these racks.

The Republic FC box office, located at the entrance to the West Gate, will be available for ticketing help when gates open.

Baby changing stations are available in the ADA accessible stalls of the West Gate bathrooms. Changing stations are available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.

Personal photography is permitted at Heart Health Park. Professional and commercial grade cameras are not allowed. Any audio and/or video recording is in violation of USL policies and is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to stand in the aisles or walkways, or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Photographic support tools (such as tripods, monopods, cameras with large lens over 3”, etc.) are not permitted, except for credentialed members of the media. iPads, tablets, camcorder/Go Pro recording devices and selfie sticks are prohibited.  Drones are not permitted at any event.

Cal Expo and Heart Health Park will enforce a clear bag policy to reduce security screening interactions and expedite entry. For more information on our clear bag policy, click here.

Guests can carry in blankets and jackets as long as they are readily available for screening at entry.

Exceptions will be considered for diaper bags and medically necessary items after proper inspection and screening.

Guests with bags or items that do not comply with the clear bag policy are kindly asked to return them to their vehicle.

If a guest interferes with the enjoyment of the match, please contact a Guest Service representative for assistance or text our in-stadium hotline at (916) 471-GOAL. Each guest should provide proof of ticket and be ready to display it to a Guest Service representative. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as that of their guests.

Guests are welcome to bring earplugs and/or noise reduction ear muffs into Heart Health Park. Complimentary earplugs are also offered at our Guest Services tent located at the entrance gates. A limited number of ear muffs are available to check out free of charge at the Guest Services tent. 

In the unlikely event of an evacuation, Republic FC staff are trained and instructed to assist with guest evacuation in a safe, timely, and orderly fashion. We ask fans to remain calm and follow the direction of the staff and the PA announcer.

In accordance with USL Championship rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted onto the field before, during, or after Republic FC matches. Any unauthorized person who enters the field will be removed and subject to arrest, prosecution, and loss of Republic FC ticket privileges.

The First Aid Tent is located at the Northeast Corner of Heart Health Park behind section End E. If you or someone in your group is experiencing a medical emergency, please notify your nearest Guest Services Representative and they will dispatch assistance to your location.

The General Admission (GA) area refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved and are occupied on a first-come, first-serve basis. These locations are identified as Corner Kick Clubs (CKC West and East) and End C (Supporters Section).   

The Kids Zone is located in the Marketplace behind section 204. Kids Zone will open at gates and close at kickoff. It will reopen for halftime and fully close for the night at the start of second half.

Any items found at Heart Health Park should be turned into the Guest Services tent located at the West Gate entrance or given to a Guest Services Representative. When a game ends, all unclaimed items are logged and secured.

During an event, guests may visit or are encouraged to reach Guest Services directly to inquire about lost items by texting (916) 471-GOAL. *MSG and Data rates may apply. 

Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner, but if an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, Heart Health Park and Republic FC reserve the right to remit to charity or otherwise dispose of it. Credit cards will be destroyed 2 weeks after they are found. Republic FC assumes no responsibility for items lost at matches. Fans inquiring about lost items at previous matches should contact (916) 471-GOAL or send an email to goal@sacrepublicfc.com with the following information: name, phone number (including area code), date the item was lost, and a brief description of the item.

Lost children should be brought to the Guest Services booth located just inside the West Gate. Republic FC staff will bring lost children to this location and parent/guardians will be guided to this location so that families can be reunited.

Parking is $15 in the lot directly in front of Heart Health Park (Lot A) and can be purchased with cash or credit card on the day of the match.

ADA parking is available in Lot A. Fans must show proof of ADA tag or ADA license plate. Motorcycle parking is also available.

Heart Health Park has a ‘no re-entry’ policy during matches. Any guest who leaves the stadium during an event will need a new ticket to re-enter the stadium.

Restrooms are located and available throughout Heart Health Park:

• Behind the Endline, located at the North end of the stadium
• Behind Sections 104 & 105 (next to the Modelo Cantina)
• Behind Sections 114 & 115 on the East side of the stadium
• Fan Zone (just inside the West Gate)

The Taxi and Ride Share Services drop-off and pick-up location is located at the Cal Expo Main Gate (Exposition Boulevard and Heritage Way), in front of the CALIFORNIA letters.

The “See Something, Say Something” campaign is a simple and effective texting service, allowing guests who have questions, need assistance, or want to report any issues/concerns to inform Guest Services directly, by texting (916) 471-GOAL, anonymously and discreetly without having to leave the comfort of their seat. Participation in our service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges will apply.

All guests will go through a security checkpoint prior to entering Heart Health Park.

Stadium seats with backs and seat cushion pads are permitted as long as they do not exceed 18 inches wide and contain no pockets, zippered compartments, extra straps, or concealable areas. Oversized seats and/or seats with arm rests or other attachments are not allowed.

Cal Expo is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted at Heart Health Park. This includes e-cigarettes, vaporizers, cigars, and pipes.

If you are sitting in the Supporters Section (End C), you are encouraged to cheer, sing, and wear Republic FC gear while remaining respectful and courteous to fellow supporters, referees, opposing team fans and players. Fans should expect 90+ minutes of standing, chanting, drumming, and flag waving. Your view of the field may be obstructed. *Wearing an opposing team’s gear will result in your seats being relocated to an alternate section.

Strollers are not permitted at Heart Health Park. Exceptions may be made for medical and accessibility purposes. Wearable baby carriers are allowed.

Tailgating is permitted at Heart Health Park. The tailgate area will open 2.5 hours prior to kickoff and will take place at the Tailgate Zone located on the designated grassy area on the west side of Lot A.

Reservations will be an additional $5 (above standard parking fees) and available for purchase online on a match-by-match basis. You can purchase tailgate passes here. Tailgate policies>>

All Republic FC tickets are 100% digital and can be managed via the Republic FC mobile app or SeatGeek Account Manager.  Tickets can be viewed, transfer, or sold all from your mobile device. Screenshots of your ticket will not be accepted.

As a reminder to all fans, please be wary of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets to Republic FC matches. Counterfeit tickets will not be accepted for admission to the event. For your protection, we advise you to ensure that your tickets were acquired either directly from Republic FC (through our season ticket or group ticket programs) or from our designated ticket servicing agent, SeatGeek.com.

Small, collapsible umbrellas, no larger than 12 inches are allowed on the grounds of Heart Health Park for severe weather, but may not be opened in seating sections. Ponchos are highly recommended.

Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or something big on matchday? Share it on the videoboard in front of thousands of Republic FC fans and make it a night to remember.

How it works:

• When messages run: Typically shown at halftime, though timing may vary based on match flow.
• $25 per message – all proceeds support local community initiatives through the Sacramento Republic FC Foundation.
• Limited availability – spots are first come, first served. Only available match dates are listed, and slots often fill up early. You must submit your request at least 48 hours before kickoff.

Republic FC is committed to providing an inviting environment for all guests including visiting fans. Section 111 will be reserved for recognized visiting supporter groups. Visiting supporter groups should reach out to their club contact for more information. Visiting supporters groups are subject to the Republic FC Fan Code of Conduct.

Soccer matches will proceed as normal regardless of the weather, unless conditions are deemed unsafe or unplayable by the match officials.  Matches may be delayed in the event of lightning in the area. If the match is cancelled due to inclement weather, you may be eligible for a ticket credit or refund.

Republic FC provides wheelchair escorts upon request, based on availablity. Requests must be made in person upon arrival to ensure we are able to meet your needs. Guests who need to remain in their wheelchair will be accommodated with proper seating. Fans are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event.

Heart Health Park does not currently provide wifi for guest access.
