Select concession stands will be reconfigured to conveniently offer mobile pick-up points to help decrease any potential gathering at stands. SMS notifications will let fans know their food is ready for pick-up. Non-app users can also scan QR code signage located throughout the stadium to access the same contactless benefits.
Republic FC will also be able to utilize the platform's real-time updates and notifications to provide fans with flash-sale discounts on food, beverages and more. As the club continues to increase capacity following health guidelines, future versions of the app integration will enable the club to expand its loyalty programs to thank fans for their continued support.
Last season, Republic FC transitioned to a mobile-only ticketing experience, creating a more efficient stadium entry process, simpler ticket transfers between fans, and an extra layer of security against potential ticket fraud.
After receiving approval from Sacramento County health officials, Republic FC is pacing to sell out its initial ticket allotment to Indomitable Members for April and May matches with limited seats remaining. As health officials update capacity guidelines and local conditions improve, more seats may be released depending on availability.
