SACRAMENTO, Calif. — As part of celebrating Sacramento’s 916 area code on 9/16, Republic FC announced that its stadium preview center will open in two weeks. The Club’s season ticket members and stadium depositors will have the first opportunity to schedule an appointment and get a first look at the new stadium features. On September 30, the club will host an invite-only ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Republic Preview Center at 428 J Street in DOCO, just blocks from the new stadium site. In honor of today’s local holiday – 916 Day – General Seating deposits are available at a reduced rate of $9.16 for today only.
“Opening the Republic Preview Center brings us another step closer to our downtown home than ever before. It will be a place that our fans and this community can see, touch, and feel the future of soccer and entertainment in Sacramento,” said Republic FC President and General Manager Tim Holt. “Seat selection is just around the corner, and we don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity.”
The Republic Preview Center will serve as the club’s home for events and fan engagement in the lead-up to the stadium’s opening. Inside, visitors will find a scale model of Republic Stadium, a living history wall celebrating the club’s story, and a rotating collection of memorabilia spanning Republic FC’s history, including kits from across the decades. The center will also feature “Leave Your Mark” — a special activity exclusive for club members, as well as an interactive seat-selection experience, and a chance to preview select seating products available in the new stadium.
The club worked with Elevate, a global, integrated agency network, to design and develop Republic Preview Center.
The Republic Preview Center will be open by appointment only. Current Season Ticket Members and stadium seat depositors will be contacted directly to schedule their visit. Season Ticket Memberships for the 2027 season are on sale now at SacRepublicFC.com/Memberships, with new 2027 Season Ticket Members receiving priority access to schedule a visit to the Republic Preview Center alongside existing members and depositors.
Construction on Republic Stadium at The Railyards continues to progress. Ground improvement work ahead of stadium foundations work is underway with vertical construction set to begin in 2027. Critical infrastructure is well underway, with sewer and storm drain lines now in place and asphalt paving for Railyards Boulevard and surrounding streets set to begin later this year.
