Republic FC’s Youth Development Academy has propelled hundreds of young players into the next stage of their soccer journey – climbing the youth development ladder, collegiate soccer and the pro leagues around the world. The Academy fielded its first teams in 2015 and has been among the top development sides in California. Since its third season as a founding member of MLS NEXT – the highest level of youth development in the U.S. – the Indomitable Club’s youth sides have been at the top of its divisions year over year, and often reach the final rounds of the annual MLS NEXT Cup.
Path to the Pros
As the only youth amateur to pro pathway in Sacramento, Republic FC’s development pipeline offers players different options in their journey as a soccer player. It is the only club that can elevate players into a professional, first-team environment, while allowing players to retain their eligibility to play at the collegiate level.
