REQUEST FOR REPUBLIC VOLUNTEERISM
Sacramento Republic FC is proud to give back to the Indomitable community that stands with us year-round through our Week of Service. As part of this commitment, we’re excited to launch the Request for Republic Volunteerism initiative, inviting local organizations and nonprofits to partner with us. Whether it’s lending a hand at events, beautifying spaces, or supporting impactful programs, this initiative reflects our mission to unite and uplift our region.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A VOLUNTEER PROJECT
Are you a local nonprofit, school, or community organization in need of volunteers?
As part of our Week of Service, we’re inviting local organizations to submit project ideas for consideration. If you have a meaningful initiative that could use extra hands, we’d love to hear from you!
TIMELINE
- January 22, 2025 – Submissions for RRV’s open
- February 7, 2025 – Submissions close (5 p.m.)
- February 12, 2025 – Projects are chosen, and ALL organizations will be reached out to by 2/13
Frequently Asked Questions
Week of Service is a week of outreach that brings together the Sacramento community through Sac Republic fans, employees, and first team players leading up to our season opener game. We invite you to apply for your organization to have a day of volunteerism from the Sac Republic community.
Volunteers will consist of Sac Republic fans, employees, and first team players. Players will only be able to attend based on availability and are not guaranteed. We also do not expect our volunteers to be professionals in any laborious position they are in. Please note this when requesting a project that will use power tools or hard labor.
By submitting your proposal, you are not guaranteed a spot on our Spring 2025 Week of Service but can be considered for different volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Make sure to select ‘YES’ when asked if we can use this project or reach out to your organization in the future if we do not carry out the project in March.
Once your proposal has been submitted, we will review it and pick 5 of the best fits for Week of Service 2025. Everyone will receive an email confirmation that we have received your proposal and another one whether we are moving forward with your project or not at this time. We will accept 5 projects, and selected organizations will have until February 14th to confirm and finalize. Failure to confirm your project will result in us moving to the next project.
