With summer just around the corner, Sacramento Republic FC are teaming up with Sacramento County Regional Parks to promote water safety throughout the region’s public waterways, rivers and lakes.
Republic FC players will be featured on various “Life Looks Good on You” promotions throughout the Sacramento region. The campaign is designed to encourage Sacramento residents to wear a life jacket whenever in Sacramento’s waterways. Fans are encouraged to share their “Life Looks Good on You” pictures while wearing a lifejacket using the hashtag #SacRivers for a chance to win prizes.
Additionally, it is the law for kids under 13 to wear a life jacket. There are 11 life vest stations for Sacramento region residents to borrow life vests for free for children.
