We get used to the teams, certainly this team. They wasted time from minute one. I’ve no time for it. The key for us was to remain patient. I said to the boys at half time we created openings we were able to pick them off. At halftime I wasn’t worried. I said let’s remained disciplined and the chances will come. I was sure we’d score from across.
(On the overall team performance)
In the first half Danny got into some great pockets of space, really good moves. And it worked. In the end we used three players from the bench. The whole squad was excellent. There’s an energy about us now, there’s a real energy about, a purpose and understanding. We’ve been able to get a few players back to the team tonight. JJ Koval was back, and we we’re out of having Trickett-Smitih.

It just happened really quickly right after the half, and James whipped in a good ball and defender kind of let it go. He was unsure about clearing it and I just pounced on it.
(On difference of two halves)
We just wanted to a second one after we got the first one. The first half we thought we had the better of the play I think we just needed the goals coming. At half time, Paul was just telling us to be patient and have confidence and its coming, and we finally got one. We got the goal and kept the shutout.
