Joaquin Rivas
1. What do you love most about being in Sacramento?
The weather because it’s not as hot as Las Vegas.
2. Do you have any matchday superstitions?
I just try to focus on the game.
3. Outside of soccer what sports teams do you follow?
The Lakers
4. Tell us about your dog.
Definitely wish I had him here. His name is Tarzan and he’s four years old. He’s a big guy.
5. How do you plan to spend the offseason?
With my family. They are the number one thing to me.

1. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live? 
Probably a house in California on the beach. A lake house or cottage, or a surf shack in Indonesia.
2. Outside of soccer what sports do you play for fun?
Surfing, skiing, golf and ping pong
3. If your life had a theme song, what would it be?
I’d say my favorite band of all time is Red Hot Chili Peppers so it would be one of their songs.
4. What was your favorite soccer memory of all time?
Probably junior year university I scored an OT game winner at Santa Barbara and we hadn’t won there in 15 years and it was on Fox Sports and all of our fans rushed the field.
5. What show are you most likely to binge watch on Netflix?
A lot but I just finished rewatching Game of Thrones
