SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento Republic FC have come to terms with USL Championship side St. Louis FC for the transfer of forward Tyler Blackwood, pending league and federation approval.
“We would like to thank Tyler for his many contributions to our club, both on the field and off,” said Republic FC General Manager Todd Dunivant. “In his two stints with the club, Tyler has shown the Republic FC community the strength of his dedication and we wish him the best of luck in St. Louis and in his career.”
Blackwood re-joined Republic FC ahead of the 2019 season after previously playing for the club in 2017. The 28-year-old made 47 appearances during his two years in Old Glory Red, recording seven goals and three assists in that span.
