Days after the boys in Old Glory Red stole a point on the road in San Diego, the Indomitable Club held Oakland Roots SC scoreless following a nil-nil result on Wednesday night.
The midweek match was the second consecutive fixture Republic FC claimed a point in the Pacific Division standings.
But it’s a quick turnaround this week for Mark Briggs’ men who return to the pitch for the second of a two-game homestand when Orange County SC visit Heart Health Park this Saturday night.
While the Indomitable Club focuses on the busy stretch ahead, there are a number of enticing matchups around the USL Championship that are certainly worth keeping an eye on.
