Beginning on July 19, Republic FC’s youth coaches will host an All Girls camp with curriculum tailored for the next generation of future stars. Led by top female coaches in the region—including players from River City High School women’s soccer team and a local women’s semi-pro team —the camp will focus on technical development and applying those techniques in a game-like setting.
Not only will this camp develop participants’ soccer skills, but it will also equipthem with the leadership tools to succeed off the pitch. A 2020 study showed that 94% of women at the C-suite level played youth sports, exemplifying that participating in sports can prepare girls and young women for successful careers.
