Before the start of the 2025 season, Republic FC debuts a new on-field look featuring a symbol of the City of Sacramento – the city’s official flower, the camellia. Throughout the club’s history, the icons of Sacramento have been at the core of Republic FC’s identity: the pride in being the California’s Capital – the bear, the star, the quail – the Tower Bridge, the City of Trees, and Urbs Indomita. As the seeds of a new downtown stadium are sowed, the club incorporates another symbol of Sacramento – the camellia, the official flower of the city. The new primary kit is available now at Shop.SacRepublicFC.com in youth and adult sizes.

The 2025 primary kit incorporates Camellia Pink alongside Old Glory Red and Resilient Red – colors that reflect the club’s heritage and the bright future ahead. Bands of the color trio create hoops across a full Old Glory Red kit. The symbols of Sacramento – Urbs Indomita, the club’s crest featuring the bear and star – stand united with two of the club’s longest partners, UC Davis Health and Western Health Advantage. The sleeve showcases 988, the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. As the team represents Sacramento in matches across the country, no matter the city, every player, fan, and game attendee will know that help is only three numbers away.
Throughout the city, the camellia adds to the region’s beauty. The different species of camellia are resilient and able to withstand cold temperatures – showing their beauty with a winter bloom, defying extreme heat, and able to thrive in a wide array of environmental conditions, and can live for centuries – much like the indomitable spirit of Sacramento. Like the camellia blooming in the toughest times and conditions, a new, beautiful home for soccer in Sacramento is beginning to take root. The storied past of Sacramento’s riverbanks begin as the home of the region’s original stewards – the people of the Wilton Rancheria. The Railyards would become the setting that helped unite the country through innovation, and now, as Sacramento prepares the storied grounds for the future, a new neighborhood and stadium will blossom for generations to enjoy.

The Indomitable Club first debuted a hoops kit in 2015 featuring gold and white stripes. That July, the kit was worn on the pitch on one of Republic FC’s most historic matches as the club hosted Premier League side Sunderland A.F.C. at Heart Health Park. The electric atmosphere was capped off by a game-winning goal from Sacramento native Cameron Iwasa, who found the back of the net just 40 seconds after stepping on to the pitch.
Republic FC will continue to wear the fan-favorite alternate kit introduced in 2024. Set in stone white, the alternate kit features the club’s traditional sash of Old Glory Red and Resilient Red. The two-toned sash salutes the club’s legacy and the path it has traveled since its founding with the original Old Glory Red, while signaling to the bright future with the vibrant Resilient Red.
Ahead of the 2025 USL Championship season, Republic FC will host Fan Fest on February 22 at Heart Health Park. In addition to a preseason match, fans can join the club for its inaugural Strive for 45 3K Fun Run & Walk at 11:30 a.m., as well as Meet the Team following the game. Family-friendly activities will take center stage throughout the day, including player autographs, soccer darts, and more.
