SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 12, 2016) – Sacramento Republic FC have completed arrangements by which forward Thomas Stewart will be sent to the NASL club Ottawa Fury FC. In accordance with Republic FC policy, the terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Stewart appeared in 11 USL matches for Republic FC this season, starting six and recording a goal and two assists.
Republic FC will continue their five-match road stretch when they travel to Colorado Springs, Colo. and take on Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on July 16. Kickoff is 6 p.m. The match will be streamed live at www.sacrepublicfc.com/matchday.
