Republic FC continue their three match road trip this Tuesday, Apr. 11 as they travel to take on Oklahoma City Energy FC. Kickoff is 5 p.m. on ESPN3.
Join us at our #OKCvSAC watch party at SacTown Sports Bar, located in Old Sacramento (106 J Street). SacTown Sports Bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as well as a full bar. Fans wearing their Republic FC gear to the watch party will receive $1 off all drinks (beer and cocktails included).
Republic FC look to keep up their momentum from the wins in the first three league matches. The club has excelled offensively, scoring eight goals in three matches, second only in the league to Real Monarchs SLC who have scored nine. Defensively, the team has also held up well, conceding just two goals in three matches and recording a shutout against Orange County SC. With three wins to kickoff the season, Republic FC sit at the top of the Western Conference on goal differential. They'll want to walk away with another three points before heading to Missouri to face Swope Park Rangers, who also kickstarted the 2017 season on the right foot.
The match is the USL Game of the Week and will be broadcast on ESPN3, not streamed on YouTube.
Tuesday's watch party will feature Republic FC giveaways and is open to fans of all ages. For fans unable to make it to our watch party, the match will be broadcast live on ESPN3 or Watch ESPN. Updates of the match will be provided via Twitter @SacRepublicFC or using #OKCvSAC.
Republic FC return home to Papa Murphy's Park, on the grounds of Cal Expo, on Saturday, Apr. 22 when they host Portland Timbers 2. Tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster.com. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m.
