Join Sacramento Republic FC on Monday, Mar. 12, for the annual St. Baldrick's Day fundraiser with our friends at de Vere's Irish Pub, hosted by Keaton's Child Cancer Alliance. The event will run from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. at 1521 L St. in downtown Sacramento.
Five Republic FC players will be braving the shave this year to raise money for childhood cancer research; Jeremy Hall, Cameron Iwasa, Hayden Partain, Cole Seiler and Justin Schmidt have all volunteered to participate in the event. Each has a goal to raise $500 individually, while contributing to Team de Vere's overall goal of raising $20,000.
While the overall goal is raise as much money as possible for childhood cancer research, de Vere's also hope to fundraise more last year's total, while also beating the Sactown Baldies led by Chef Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L.
