The owner and founder Leo Hickman began Classy Hippie Tea Co. as a professional tea sommelier, public speaker, biomedical engineer, post 9/11 soldier, and world traveler. His idea for the company comes out of his life’s lessons and relationships developed over decades seeking purpose. Throughout his many excursions, Hickman has taken herbal tea from different cultures and brought them back to Sacramento.
