Murray noted in his article, “Duke Lacroix was a more attacking player early in his career before finding a new home on the back line. He’s fit in well to that role, too, recording four goals and 10 assists in the past three seasons while making 458 recoveries and posting a 71.2 tackle success rate. He could make an important contribution in Sacramento this season.”

Lacroix signed with Sacramento in December and will be entering his first campaign with the boys in Old Glory Red after spending the 2020 season with Charlotte Independence where he started every fixture for the Eastern Conference quarterfinalists.
Duke and the Indomitable Club will be kicking off the 2021 USL Championship season in southern California on April 30 against LA Galaxy II.
