It's finally here! The USL season kicks off this weekend, with Republic FC traveling north to face Seattle Sounders FC 2 on Sunday, Mar. 26. Kickoff is 2 p.m.
Republic FC will host their first watch party of the season at de Vere’s Irish Pub (1521 L Street) for the match. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure a seat.
We will also be hosting a watch party at SacTown Sports Bar, located in Old Sacramento (106 J Street). SacTown Sports Bar offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as well as a full bar. Fans wearing their Republic FC gear to the watch party will receive $1 off all drinks (beer and cocktails included).
Wear your Old Glory Red, scarves and other Republic FC swag and join us for a bite to eat as you enjoy the match. Sunday’s watch parties will feature Republic FC swag giveaways and are open to fans of all ages.
Republic FC will look to kick off the season with three points when they travel to Seattle on Sunday. The squad will also work to keep their regular season win streak alive. Republic FC have not lost a match in regular league play since July 24, 2016, going 11 matches unbeaten since then.
